Shadow Warrior
In 2006 Stewart under special orders from the U.S. Air Force Art Program visited Afghanistan and painted this image of the Special Agent in charge of the O.S.I. (Office of Special Investigations for the Air Force) at Bagram Air base. Robert Powers is shown cleaning his rifle after a mission in the White Mountains near the Afghan/Pakistan border.
